This dress is a Medium/Large. The top is stretchy. The waistline hits a couple inches above the actual waist. The measurements of the dress form it is pictured on are 36 1/2” bust and 27 1/2” waist, my measurements (modeling in the first photo) are 36 1/2” bust and 30 1/2” waist.
